Avi Shaked – Chairman
Avi Shaked is a successful businessman and entrepreneur, the owner of leading technology companies, with experience in several major exits. He is considered one of the central figures in the peace camp and has worked for decades to strengthen coexistence between Jews and Arabs in Israel.
Shaked was among the key figures behind the Geneva Initiative and is regarded as the “driving spirit” behind some of the secret meetings between Israelis and Palestinians. His political path, spanning more than 40 years, is characterized by a deep commitment to full equality, patience between communities, and the possibility of a shared and sustainable future.
In 2025, together with his Arab partner, Drar Marih from Tamra, he founded the Jewish-Arab party “Together We Will Succeed” — a social-political movement working to promote democracy, social justice, and genuine partnership among all citizens of Israel, based on a clear belief: only together will we succeed!
